Keep working and training hard big dog, respect. Iβm a boxer aswell going pro soon.
Good work β¦.
Definitely you'd learn way more
Excellent work, yeaaaaaa ……u floatin around that mf, that's good work. U go forward nicely and still defensively responsible
Most these people on the internet never had boxing experience. I competed in the amateurs for 7 years and fought on a national level. You wonβt make money in boxing and donβt have any god given talents like reflexes speed or power (on a world class level). Focus on school and invest your money. Just being honest. God bless
Horrible form no power and you got bad stamina and balance. My suggestion, go to school get a good education in an applicable skill like engineering, science, accounting, or law, work hard invest your money and stay out of debt
Nah youβre trash
U are not ready at all π, ur hands were down the whole sparring. U will get kd
Very good, definitely ready to fight, but just be careful that people donβt time that duck, if somebody feints a hook up top, they can throw an uppercut or hook below to catch your head which doesnβt have a guard when you duck
Got a nice cross dart from the step back. Adding that to my bag
Man i agreed to a "light spar" last week and got absolutely rocked out of nowhere. It made me pay attention more and all but i don't think i even want to train anymore.
Perfect fight! If you want to develop great punching combinations in sparring, be sure to study the '400 Boxing Combinations' practice guide. It's a great way to improve your skills and become more confident in the ring!

Good but both you guys gotta get a lot more explosive with footwork and hands but stay precise
They both are flat footed
How lomg you trained with the homie? Test yourself by sparring against someone you never sparred with before
Hell yeah bro, you ready.
Let the opponent underestimate you
Donβt be in a hurry to fight
Now this is the proper way to spar no damn egos much respect and fairplay for each opponent trying to bring the best out of one another and no one on some goon shit i hate seeing sparring partners out for blood like its the actual fight or a guy being put in the ring with not much experience with a highly experienced opponent getting the absolute shit beat out of him thats not how you learn
What city is this located in?
Nah I'd win , (you keep dropping your guard, everything else be clean tho) don't think you'll fair well against a heavy hitter pressure fighter
Soon national golden gloves champ. I believe in you brotha you got it!

Al rojo ya me lo hubiese bajado 3 veces.. baja la guardia.. muy novatos
If you are the one in red , no but you are not far from ready , WORK on always keeping your hands up , over hand rights van catch you , also uppercuts , also work on head movements and angles and your ready
I adore this way of sparring! No tougth pounches. It's the only way to increase the skills of both opponents.
Pretty decent performance!
Definition of a light spar fr, im lowkey surprised
Great work, guys!
