Ive never been inside the Villagio buildings, yes they are landmarks but ive never been keen on the coloured cladding as i drive past. The Signature is a more tasteful addition to the Accra skyline.

So im watched your vid to be nosey!
I wasnt impressed tbh, the layout is less than ideal and I actively hate the weird utility space- OMG Doing your washing on your knees? Awkward. And why is it by the front door? Awkward.
From the half doors on the half size utility, to the floor tiles and that staircase-all big nopes.
The kitchen was fine and the walk in wardrobe was lovely, but the rooms are small.
But in general it feels like its made up from leftover spaces and they've cobbled it together into an apartment.
