Brittania Hotel just outside of Springfield Park is synonymous for lunch and supper curry dishes especially the trotters and beans curry on Friday
Island Hotel at Isipingo Beach is a great experience for anyone searching for great indian cuisine
Patels in central Durban – Yusuf Dadoo Street (old Grey Street) for vegetarian cuisine
Victory lounge in Chatsworth Centre is also have a wide array of traditional indian cuisine
Most of these venues offer traditional breyani dishes on a Friday (lunch)!

Nothing beats your fathers curry over a fire during the festive season though!

If you haven’t tasted a bunny chow.. please do!! It’s moreish! Durban definitely does the best in my humble opinion. You have to have the right bread. And enough curry.
But it really is delicious 😋

@PremParthab

The branch showed in the Video is Springfield Park, Durban. The meat is lamb, not beef. You can also purchase beef, chicken, mutton kebab, various vegetables bunny chow. Patels in Durban make good old fashioned vegetables bunny

@PremParthab

Durban rocks, best bunny chow in the world

@yasminkhalik9651

@krishnanaidu6420

DURBAN IS THE HOME FOR BUNNY CHOW 😊

Holiday bets Springfield make a great bunny. As a Durbanite i can attest to that. Wish you also tried Oriental as well(slightly different flavors but on par with Holiday bets). Thanks for putting great cuisine on the map.

@shanthangovender3556

Which hollywood branch

@Randy7201

Brother theres a vast difference between Sub Continent cooking and South African Indian cooking. We are rooted in traditions when it comes to our cooking, we love spice, we love heat..our cooking methods and techniques are unparalleled. Not shooting down Sub Continental cooking, it has its merits but we stick to authentic methods handed down from generation to generation. We take pride in our methods and our various cuisines are adjusted over time without defacing our cooking DNA. Wish you could try our other traditional foods and savor in the richness of our dynamic heritage…pls. try our breyanis and then see for yourself.

@notjustanother3191
