And study for 10 mins and take 2 minute breaks this will kinda help your brain to not procrastinate and think oh I have to study for 3hours. Saying you’ll study for 10 mins will trick your brain into thinking this is going to be quick10 mins study the. You’ll get into your study sesh and see your self starting to set longer times like 30mins.HOW YOUR BRAIN VIEWS STUDYING IS VERY IMPORTANT. Determines whether you studying or not
-when you studying and you feel unmotivated think of how stressed you’ll be during the exam when you cannot answer easy questions
