The only thing I despised about this series is the portrayal of Ifa as evil. In Ifa there aren’t any forms of human sacrifices, nor do any Oriṣa accept human blood. The wickedness is the colonization and bastardization of Yoruba spiritual practices in Nigerian films. Àṣẹ ooo!
Let's not forget the actress who plays her younger self, 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 she did absolute justice to the present king

I love these films. These are my very first Nollywood features. What strikes me though is how firm a hold white supremacy still has on even African nations. The skin whiteners and the cemetery scenes tell on them. Despite that, I am enjoying the films.
