  1. I worked out for almost a whole year and saw minimal results . Now I’m back at it and this time I am going to just keep going . I stopped in December and just started back a week ago . I believe I know where I went wrong , I need to be more disciplined with my eating and maybe not be so hard on myself and give myself like 1 cheat day a week , I feel if I atleast give myself that little freedom I’ll be able to keep up with eating predominantly healthy daily
