@TERRI19842

THE NUMBER ON AGITATOR FOR ME IS MY ANXIETY!!!!!!! GUT AND BRAIN ARE AS ONE CONECTION.

@lolada2424

What about cheese? And is there any diference between hard and soft cheese when it comes to IBS? Thanks in advance!

@tool-nh8mk

Bananas Rice & Fish
Okay I got it 😂😂

@lifegoeson1007

It varies from person to person

@framboi.s3

It could just be low stomach acid. Try apple cider vinegar (bio), it might help.

I was diagnosed with IBS after tons of tests. I suffered for over two years thinking I would have to take probiotics for the rest of my life to have a chance of getting better. But thank God I discovered apple cider vinegar. Now I have no symptoms of discomfort, everything is back to normal with just a glass of water mixed with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (bio) and a straw to keep my teeth intact, once or twice a day.

May God help you.

@Siva-fl1sq

Steps to reduce the symptoms:
1. Take note of what you eat in a diary and check the results.
2. healthy lifestyle…

End of the list..

@dr_mcbean

I ate rice n had bloating so bad I couldn’t breathe properly.

Aaj se Hawa peena hain..Thank you!

@Bongheeyou

Nice way,thank you

@fionasmith-bz8ox

This is too general. Lactose free yogurt is fine. Plus they say yogurt and then have a picture of an ice cream cone

@BlueeeBanisters

thanks for describing my favorite dish: cuban rice❤😂

@turpasauna

I agree with the list. Yogurt is the worst.

@murtazajarral847

Lol

@cushieenowal3324

@c1peewee

@mayrose4102

@arunitaghoshal6689

@jacks4705

True banana and rice is always something I know I can eat without irritation

@TammyCooper-o7t

MY LIFE’S TOTALLY DIFFERENT I WAS POSITIVE OF HSV2 BUT NOW DR OSEGHALE SUNDAY HERBAL HOME CURED ME AFTER 14 DAYS I’M NEGATIVE NOW……

@0Milena_aneliM0

Food = aggravates

@_SunscreenQueen_

As someone who eats at least one apple a day, steamed broccoli at least 2x a week and always have coffee in my hand this broke me😢

@ShadeGirl123

Ibs is usually a bs diagnosis for when docs dont wanna do a proper diagnosis unfortunate

@almightygin

Yogurt seems to not bother mine.

@callmesupreme1533

Some of those foods don’t bother me at all

@crystalmaze3646

You can’t say

@_Ginger_Ale

IBS (“irritable bowl syndrome”) = I dont know in doctors terms ✨👁️👄👁️✨

@Rank1Shaza123

Don’t believe in ibs just eat man

Keto improves IBS for most people.

@carmadefries3729

I’m Whole Foods plant based and IBS went away. Eating too much protein + lack of fiber = gut disorders.

@carolea9071

Thank you!❤

@Aali_s

Milk aggravate IBS but Milk products actually help calm IBS

@Sun_Flower667

Apples / pears/ figs for constipation

Pomegranate for diarrhea (save the peels, and boil them to make tea ..;don’t add sugar )

@patriciasmith812

Basically anything with fiber 🧐

@colleenkyle2977

IBS for 20 years, the only advice I got was eat fiber. Which made me worse. 40 years old now went Keto/carnivore and my symptoms have stopped. Tired of the lies. Oh no more anxiety, lessened my headaches and insomnia and pms symptoms have been minimal which has been amazing since I finally got diagnosed with endometriosis. I’ll never eat processed food or carbs again.

@MindyMusic-x8z

Looks like I'm living off bananas rice and fish

@Ahmassa931

I'm a pharmadian and we used to Go for rounds like This in hospital..Hijab and Apron together ❤

@Flower89-jo6ql

@kathyowens8400

@angeleyesgreen1586

So, guess it's fish egg rice banana casserole for everyone

@Gay.Muhammad

I bless him

@clearpath8794

I remember being ‘diagnosed’ with IBS and the Dr did absolutely no tests to determine that 🙄 he gave me a huge list of things I couldn’t eat it was pathetic. I replaced white carbs (white rice/bread/etc) with whole wheat ones & even then I eat just a bit of them AND cut out sweets and sugar (fruit and dates are fine). Now I’m fine and I can basically eat all the “aggravating” foods here. Doctors are not always right 🤷🏻‍♀️

@monicadevine3668

what about covid vaccines
