1. Water (3-4 Cups)
2. Pounded ground nuts (2 1/2 Cups)
3. Pounded Chikanda roots (1 1/2 Cups)
4. Cooking soda (Zambian)/ Baking Soda (3 tsp)
5. Salt (2 tsp)
Method :
1. Warm some water enough to prepare the Chikanda
