She looks nice before and after. She probably feels better having a smaller nose. Maybe she was teased as a kid and finally felt she could do something to help her self-esteem. She has beautiful eyes.
The reason why a nose job matters in a face lift is because your nose looks bigger when you're older due to the loosening of cartilage, skin, fat, and muscle. The nose you have at 25 is not what you have at 50. Getting a face lift without a nose job will not make you look as young as you could.
