This is great and thank you for sharing making this available to everyone.
As a technical professional it is quite difficult to articulate and communicate these things,despite having all of the knowledge and experience,especially during an interview the frustrating part however is that most companies have structured the questions as if it is not in their interest to find the best candidate. It is a two ways street and the candidates,especially,experienced,should not have to be having to sell themselves. This is part of the problem with the corporate world everyone made feel small and kept in fear of losing “a great position in a great firm” when all they do is take advantage and never let you get anywhere.

I am autistic and today I have a job interview that could change my life. it's in a small art and fandom shop, and if I play my card right, my own art might be sold there one day.
