Young Dro & The Breakfast Club Interview

Young Dro was on The Breakfast Club with T.I. and he was talking about his new song and his experience that was touchy when a friend in the entourage laughed when he was sharing. The friend who is a comedian laughed again why Young Dro talked about his daughter and things took a turn.

Wayment, u talmbout Black men inappropriate reaction/response yet also made a snarky comment bout TI's effort. I mean what in the hypocrisy is this?
Wtbs, 🛑 judging ppl, esp Bppl seemingly off-putting social skills or should I say the lack thereof. We have epigenetic trauma responses…. meaning we had to laugh, find humor, make comedic etc some of the most horrific and heinous of events, incidents, situations n/or experiencess, therefore we have developed odd coping mechanism n/or defensive mechanisms just to survive.
HIGH SOCIETY SOCIAL SKILLS ISN'T TAUGHT IN THE HOOD, GHETTO OR OTHER ENVIRONMENTS WHERE SURVIVAL IS THE DAILY OBJECTIVE NOT SOCIAL CORRECTNESS ‼️
Furthermore, the ignorance of NOT excusing oneself is further proof of ignorance more so than, some intentional, insensitivity, crass disregard or , malice
Educate without the contempt, King 💪🏾✊🏾

This is why men don’t want to speak on things they going through because there’s no respect. He’s talking about something serious so be respectful or leave the damn room stop interrupting something that can bring awareness to something so destructive in the black community. He lucky he didn’t put hands on him.

No disrespect to the solid BM but a lot of them are just 🗑️! I hope he watches the interview and realizes that buddy isn’t his friend!

I STILL can’t understand HOW they started laughing at THAT particular moment…. So disrespectful. And thanks for using this clip from the breakfast club to discuss men and their behavior, once again.

Thank you so much for this video! The stigma behind mental illness alone, especially within the black community is indeed a travesty and black men in particular are statistically less prone to seek mental health care because of it!

We have to start by shifting the damaging and harmful narrative invoked on people that are affected by it, as like any other illness, proper education on it, such as best care methods, i.e., knowing and avoiding the triggers, seeking counseling and therapy and adherence to effective medication, coupled with the de-stigmatization of it within the media and within our own minds and communities can greatly assist in coping and managing living with it.

@kymmiteaallarounddopegirl

I really think the subject matter was so sensitive it made him nervous. Im a person that laughs as a nervous reaction and also a comedienne. Cause truthfully if i wasnt in the conversation and was laughing at something else it would have been revealed then and there in that moment when tensions was high and bihhs talking about slapping someone.
