Sorry guys, but you're not going to attract much interest from international tourists for a park that has less than 300 elephants, no lions, 1 single leopard which has only been seen on a camera trap, a few imported antelope (none of which are hard to find elsewhere) and some monkeys.

Where is a Lion

They really need to increase the number of wildlife species to first of all attract we the local tourists before considering the external ones

Bauchi has been shielded from the insecurity news that we’ve been inundated with and I think that’s a good platform for the Govt there to start work on

Welldone governor truly hoping you can have the political will to carry out your vision

What? There are zebras in Nigeria? Thought they were native to Eastern and Southern Africa

Here 3years later and I’m sure nothing has improved. This is just another example of why states need to control their resources

I just hate it when people say that there is no wildlife in west africa. West Africa has wildlife too, it's just different from the ones in east and southern africa

It is a very nice place

People would rather just go to east or southern africa for safaris. I guess they just dont understand that there are safaris in west Africa too. People need to understand that there is amazing wildlife and nature in West Africa too, not just in East and southern Africa.

This is what makes me consider visiting Nigeria, to see such a beautiful wildlife and beautiful nature. Before I watched this video however, I had seen some terrible other videos with cruelty towards animals, with chained captive wild animals who were forced to perform in the streets. That would definately scare/keep tourists away from a country, no one wants to see animals suffering.

So wonderful to see the wild animals in their own environment.

@allenjeyarajasingam785

Wildebeeste and zebra in Yankari? They do not even occur in West Africa, Both are distributed in east and southern Africa. Strange!
