What if I’ve thrown the two additional 20 digits by mistake? How to I re-purchase them?

I've been waiting for those extra 20-digit numbers for months. There's always only one 20 digit-number, the credit token. Eskom has no customer service, so there's no way to find out what's going on (they make me wait on the phone for 50 minutes and simply disconnect the call when it's eventually my turn, never respond to emails, and that Alfred app is clueless).

I buy weekly prepaid, and hope I will get the codes to recode my meter
