Yes this happened to me in Kenya airport this June!
I experienced this at Gambian Airport in January of 1999 on a trip there with my white partner. He was given an express clearance whilst I was asked to go and signed and registered my passport details. It happened on my arrival and departure causing my partner to mocked by saying that; he was treated like a royalty in Africa. This pissed me off and I never returned to this country!

All I can say is say what now?
I can't tell you how many times Africans, from the continent, have come to America and criticized Black Americans, i.e. "They're lazy", "Black Americans have no culture" etc. Yet, in the continent they came from this is STILL happening??!! Africa is not only the home of the Black diaspora, it's the ONLY predominantly Black continent (with Black countries) on the planet. Why is this allowed to happen in ANY African country at ANY African airport? Before you criticize another Black, in the diaspora, TAKE BACK YOUR CONTINENT!!!
