I don't think they beat out Kenya

Thing of selling lands in Ghana to just anyone is problem..selling to none ghanaians who are not even citizen are big problem to arise in future.

They should conserve land by building more high rise buildings

I only hope that real estate companies will also take a look at developing less expensive housing for the less endowed populace who are more than the middle class, e.g. the factory workers, security workers, etc.
