The National Sports Authority is a disgrace. I don't know if they have adequate funding. As I see it, the prmqy be inadequate funding or somebody is stealing resources needed to do the job. If I have authority I would dismantle the Sports Ministry, and NSA. The management of the stadiums would be given to the victims where the stadiums are located. I believe each city would do a better job because they would want to be proud of their stadium.
