  1. I'm on 30 days;. Everything has gotten extremely better! I have deal with depression all my life; Feeling much more of a positive attitude!
    I have gastrics acid reflux for 10 years; all getting better! Lost 20 lbs

  2. Teeccino herbal tea can be a nice part of a plant-based diet, not knocking coffee, drink both if you like – but I am sleeping so much better since I tapered off coffee

  3. WFPB for 6 Months now, before mainly plants, no meat, for a year no sugar, no ultraprocessed foods, no preservatives and in my recent colonoscopy they found one polyp😢 so disappointed, thought, none of this would happen in my body, now that I have been eating so well How can this be?

  4. Been trying for about a month, planning to transition into it. Almost all the meat is out of the house except for some cans of soup. At 65 and alone, I just don't know what to eat. Also, I'm your classic overweight, diabetic, and have high blood pressure. I'm on 40mg of Lisinopril a day and it's still an issue. Any suggestions are appreciated.

  5. All the talk about 6 "studies". Why not disclose if these are "observational" studies? Then we could explain some of the many reasons why big pharma/big ultra processed food want us to ingest carbs/Frankenfood for fake set up observational studies that are not worth the paper they were written on. I feel sorry for anyone who believes this propaganda. If eating greens and beans were working we would not have a 90% population of the obese and morbidly obese sick people dying early.

  6. Vegetarian for 32 years. Vegan for 5 years. Now slowly getting rid of the wheat (or at least reducing it). We humans not only have a responsibility towards our bodies but also towards our planet and the life on it.

A 2021 randomized clinical trial (Jennifer Wilcox) found that "despite high choline content in egg yolks, healthy participants consuming 4 eggs daily showed no significant increase in TMAO or platelet reactivity." study name: Dietary Choline Supplements, but Not Eggs, Raise Fasting TMAO Levels

  8. HEAR ME OUT!
    I start eating Plant Based Diet 25 days ago. I weighed myself this morning and result was shocking, I LOST 15LBS.
    I avoided any added sugar, oil & carbs altogether. I walked about 2 miles everyday average.
    I never thought I could lose that much weight that short of time. I am planning to keep doing what i am doing until i reach my ideal weight which is 30lbs more to lose.

  9. Back to WFPB for the last 2 weeks and my BP went from 128/84 11/1/23(which is around where it had been running the last year) to this morning being 105/78(which is around what it been for the last week!) 👍👍

Every plant based diet will require a regular bowel cleansing: So, take at least every second day early in the morning on an empty stomach 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil in order to prevent an intestinal blockage, for in the case that you will eat a lot of fruits or vegetables your large intestine will be really filled and you will remark this one occasionally unpleasant, this especially during the night.

  11. Well any diet is ok as long as your not starved. If you don't let yourself get really starved your chances are much better to stay on a diet.

  12. WFPB diet is effective and beneficial. I look and feel better for it. Its easy digesting and clean burning fuel . Genetically its suited to me. Its the way to go 😎
