Sweet Adjeley, you do all.

You have no idea how much you've helped some of us who didn't lift a finger when we were back home.

Traveling has taught us a very good lesson and you've been of immense help.

Thank you

You get all your vitamins from your vegetables. I like mines tender but the longer you cook vegetables the less nutrients you get

Hi mum, I just love your recipe 🤝🙌💯

I enjoyed this recipe very much. It's very easy, accessible, and I felt so healthy as I crunched on that cabbage lol. It was also a good intro recipe for folks (like me) who are interested, but generally unfamiliar with African/Ghanaian food.

I halved the recipe with no trouble, although the small pot I used and my high-altitude made it take more time for it to cook down. My favorite part of this recipe is using the rinse water from the blender directly in the stew to reduce waste. Tasty, healthy, AND practical!
