Hi guys let’s make this delicious malva pudding

INGREDIENTS
11/2 cups of flour
2tbsp butter
1tsp baking soda
2tsp baking powder
1tsp vinegar
1tbsp vanilla essence
2 eggs
150ml milk
1/2 cup sugar

Sauce
3 tbsp butter
70ml water
130ml cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 teabag rooibos (optional)
Vanilla essence

Bake @180 for 30-35min

  2. Thanks for sharing your recipe. I don’t know why my cake can’t absorb the sauce. I made some holes on the cake but it still can’t get moisture😑 how long should the cake soak in the sauce ?

  3. I'm noting that your eggs are always nice with firm yolks. I wonder if there's a particular brand you always buy. The only time I find such quality is when I use my own from the free range chickens I breed. Otherwise when I buy from the supermarket I sometimes find the yolks pale and flat.
