@N99329

Why do we need to avoid red meat ?

@OAIGTA

Pcos?

@Cheyra

But me love steak😂

@chocolatefaerie

I had pcos since 16, last year i reversed it by losing 10kg and cut all processed foods and skipping breakfast. doc put me on Metformin permanently

Some doctors literally recommended to up your red meat intake for PCOS. Messaging is so confusing

@dfordgirl2

Why are you so dang cute?😂

@ruiyoku5885

My friend HATE red meat but still got pcos

@EstherEmelis

What about rice😂😂😂

@pi3man252

Want to know how to reverse some of these effects women. Lower carbs and exercise. Hormonal releases related to fat get blocked by excess sugar. Using fat as fuel can regrow scalp hair and many other benefits.

@kurbera

I smashed my PCOS going carnivore. Red meat is super nutritious, 0 carb and absolutely amazing for those with PCOS. Beef, eggs, bacon, butter.

@ewox250

Disagree with red meat statement

@dee468

Grass fed red meat is medicine

@Godiswithus-j8p

NA RED MEAT IS MY FAVOURITE 😂

@sonalvalodara515

😂❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

@MikeClemons

Red Meat is amazing for ur health ,man u reading them health books from the 1970s?

@JakandNicReacts

I'm screwed then, I've got pcos and all the foods I should be eating I don't like 😂

@mesna7031

So rare that a man became an OB-GYN

@lily_jo2817

@mikenelley3729

@WithJazzyx

So everything I’m not a fan of eating.. great 😭😭

@_laquiry_

🥩- #REDMEAT, grass fed

@jovymamaril7654

cuteness overload❤

Beans mess me up so bad. I can't eat them. They spike my blood sugar and i keep craving things afterwards. Red meat is better for me. I can tolerate it better. It makes me full. No cravings, no inflammation.

@kait5758

I have PCOS but am not overweight and my symptoms are relatively mild aside from frequently missed periods and irregular hormones on bloodwork. I’ve been a vegetarian for 10 years and am now vegan for 4 years. I wonder if that has anything to do with my symptoms being pretty mild?

@hellegilbert3000

I love the happy dances😂😅

@Whyt-dq9bl

i have PCOS thanks, will surely be considering this advise

No diet ever stopped my hair growth.

@baileyzalas6828

You’re wrong sorry to say it but as I have gone in my own health journey and I know others may be different but no meat is bad whatsoever and beans are very inflammatory and so are potatoes. Meat is not and frankly extremely healthy and helps bring down body inflammation so I’d appreciate if you did more research because I shouldn’t have to tell you , that you are wrong and that’s not good especially if you are a real dr. I know what I’m talking about been dealing with it longer than you and nutrition and health is very important to me. Especially since I have many health problems that have been reversed because of nutrition. Especially since being allergic to carbs

@buckeye-pe6df

Cringe…

@timman3643

BS

@bridgetvinson6253

😂 thank you for the video son it really helped. This was a nice little smooth video that made me lagh❤

Wholesome fun to watch!

@Foodasmedicine101

You lost me at excluding meat and including beans, are u vegan? Thats the only way this advice makes any sense! Should be the other way around, beans have starch which convert to glucose in the body, high glucose leads to Insulin resistance which many now know is the root casue of PCOS…. many on the keto diet are having major sucess in treating PCOS

@AngeliaMeow

red meat and potatoes? i am screaming, crying, hollering, puking, scratching my eyes out.

@reginagordon4246

I say eat for your blood type

I thought the potatoes what bad but you had me shocked at the red meat 😩😭
