Dave, the koko porridge has the bitter undertone because it's the same corn process u had at the kenkey plaza. The fermented corn mill..except in liquid form to get the porridge. That's all. Every baby is raised in it. Sometimes we have it in millet form. It's not dessert, its basic breakfast. Yes, usually with bread, or fried dough like doughnut. So its judt like going to dunkin' donut with bread or porridge! Lol.
In Ghana, "Music playing everywhere.." jeje
