That looks delicious. I'm 62 and raw vegan. I avoid oil due to controlling my blood pressure by diet rather than by medication. So I would leave out the oil, mackerel, and the shrimp powder for these reasons. Otherwise, I think I can make a delicious vegan, oil-free version of this recipe. Thank you.🧡

That looks amazing. Getting good ripe or "red-red" plantain is hard here in Ireland. Often, they look ripe and red on the outside, but the inside is still as hard as a green one.
