Obaapa! I watched this with my children and their mouths were literally watering! Now they’re pressuring me to cook some for them! It looks delicious 😋 plus the sense of humor you bring always makes your videos and recipes special! You’re amazing sweetheart! And yes, there’s a great amount of fiber and bulk in wheat which makes it healthy in terms of gastrointestinal motility, meaning, it decreases constipation, bloating, etc. Of course, moderation in consumption, even in the healthiest of ingredients is always key!
