  1. This depends…we cant ask to do intermittent fasting for hard working people like breakings rocks, people work in construction filed or farmers etc….

    Its only applicable for just sit and work in AC room…

  2. First he said in his retreat people eat at 10 am and then at 4pm. Then in the end he says there should be an 8 hour gap between meals. This doesn't add up (??).

  3. I have been eating two meals… Fasting for 16-18 hours and then eating two meals within 8-6 hours respectively. Depends on my days if I am too preoccupied I will fast for 18 hours.. I'm planning on staying on 18:6 for most of my days…

Is unfair to label color of skin has to do with acceptance of what you say….if said with scientific backing it will be accepted..should we blindly believe all oral tradition passed on over generations to be always beneficial? Yogic "sciences" , inner "engineering" may still be beneficial but not because it's some branch of science and engineering

  6. I've been fasting for about 3 weeks now and it has helped so much, from 194 down to 175lbs. I do exercise and don't eat as much. I can do 20 hours without being hungry or being tired. It really works.

  7. Very nice..Intermittent fasting helps in detoxification of the body…. If you have some kind of infection then must do intermittent fasting or take detox tea by Planet Ayurveda

  8. Hey tell me,, is it OK to do intermittent fasting daily, no even take one or two days break? I' thought of doing intermittent fasting for total 2-3 months everyday,, I started a week ago,, but some are saying that we should not to do it daily just do for 2-3 days a week… I'm so confused don't know what to do,, please guide me.

  9. Hungry is different in high insulin index and low insulin index..
    So hungry is not victory.. eating foods giving high insulin index, creates more hunger unnecessarly.. intermittent fasting,one meal a day,is good.
    But not always.. one meal creates low nutrition 100%, you cannot be athelete or an doing more work.,you can only sit in one place.
