Hey there! I love this video, and you are so right! So, my mom is older and she's disabled, which means I have to do her hair a lot. On wash day, I noticed that her hair always looks longer than before. She loves looking in the mirror to see how long it's gotten and it makes her feel beautiful and amazing when her hair is down. She always tells me, "Brittany, you made me look like a movie star!" After she's done admiring her new growth, I wash and oil her hair and then move on to the next protective style.❤
Yesss, I thought I was the only one. Looking crazy most of the year has definitely been worth it
So y’all just put a wig on it?
I love playing in my hair. I’d rather have slower growth and enjoy my hair than hardly see my hair just to have it long….for what? 😅
What’s the point of long hair when it looks a mess majority of the time🤔
😂 I almost cut mines it’s so thick now I’m like df
As someone who didn't know how to take care of her natural hair and transitioned on a whim, my hair stayed matted up for months at a time in braids and this hack is the truth! My hair literally grew to midback length out of nowhere, which shocked my family because I did the least! I'm still learning how to care for my hair, but it's harder for a beginner to deal with long, high-density hair, but we thank God.
Anyone knows that no tension on your hair from braids and leaving your hair alone is the main ways to hair growth.the best hair growth is wearing wigs that don’t have to be installed because their is absolutely no tension on your hair
God Bless Y’all🙏🏽 Spread the Gospel🙌🏽
What oil do you use❤
Where can I get that oil
This ho🎉w your hair get down your biiike
😂😂😂😂 facts 🤭👌🏽
Mine will be so tangled ans matted of 😅course that a good bit will come out if i let if be like that
I can’t even keep cornrows for a week because it itches does this oil prevents the itchness too?
For how long should i kept braid in
Leave it alone method if you can.
Exactly, my hair has never been better by doing this. I don’t use oil but I deep condition every 1-2 weeks and leave in conditioner. I cut my ends as needed.
Thank you sis. That’s a major key: LEAVE YOUR HAIR ALONE
3 months? Disgusting
My hair started growing when I changed my diet. You still need to nourish your hair from within through your diet.
Does she go to work like that or she covers it with wigs because she sure hasn't mentioned that.im sure not walking around with my hair looking like that
How do you detangle though? That’s important
This is definitely true! When I had my hair braided up and kept it like that, it grew alot! Think about it alot of celebrities wear wigs from beyonce to Ciara, but when they take off them off, they have alot of hair. I'm not going to lie, the background music took me all the way out 🤣🤣🤣
Laughing out loud I had to go back to the music as everybody is making comments about it now I'm distracted
The music😂😂
🎶Nobody Knooowws!!!🎶
That’s what I told my daughter you do too much leave it alone you will see strength and growth rosemary oil it up and good to go
Where I can find this oil!!
I can relate to this. Due to illnesses, I can't care for my hair the way i used to, so its always in a protective style, even when i wash. I started with cornrows when my hair was short, and wore wigs. Now that my hair is much longer, i use medium-sized twists. I've been able to retain so much length and maintain root to end thickness due to minimal hair manipulation.
I love your beautiful hair btw!!
You paid $35 for oil omg this economy is going down the drain😢
Sometimes it's bad water
What do you do with the ends? Mine dry. It loves water, should I spray them while braided they shrink and creates tangles.
I left my hair in cornrows for 3 months. Washed it every week, deep conditioned, moisturised every other day because I saw this video then. My hair grew, but my God it matted. My first two rows dreaded into each other , the back was a mess. By the time I took it out, I lost more hair than I grew I believe. Was so sad.
I have 4c hair.
Is this technique specific to a hair type because sheesh. I had a whole ass hair ball the side of a 4 month old kitten when I was done.
And this was with flaxseed, okro, aloe vera, as I am mix.
Even that Ecolchi or something mix did not save my hair. Still feeling the pain.
U do this exact thing, but my hair is still at shoulder length. It has been since I was in elementary school, black people hair don’t grow. Simple.
🥰 You, are so right hunny, you are so right!!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽 Me too. Though I don't keep mine in braids but mostly wigs.
