If you are terrified , stay away ! , d o not bring your drama to a country that can do without you !!!!!!!!.
Scared? What's to be scared about in Dar es Salaam? It's done of the safest cities in Africa if not the world
Just came back from Tanzania yesterday. Nothing to fear. Great country. Thanks for sharing.
Scared and smiling 😊✌️❤️🇹🇿
Top tips for the un-discerning visitor:
1. People in Dar are a curious bunch, but they mean well. Those not used to close public encounters might feel uncomfortable, but don't panic.
2. Learning a few Swahili greeting words goes a long way towards getting around. People appreciate a foreigner who took some time to learn their language. How hard is "Jambo!!"
3. At most times, as a foreigner, people in Dar will be trying to sell you something. At times, they can be quite aggressive. Don't worry, just politely decline and keep moving.
4. Last but not least, Dar is also known as BONGO land. The word "Bongo" is synonymous to intelligence or rather, the clever way in which you will be robbed you come out smilling. Non violence is the order of the day. Dar is SAFE. Very safe.
I came to TZ three years with zero expectations and found everything. Lived like a rockstar, earned a fortune, married a stunning genuine younger traditional woman. Building something special here now.
For foreigners, Tanzania can be described as Africa lite. Masaki where she was is described as Tanzania lite. Peaceful people. Not without the obvious problems that many places have, but a fantastic place.
I think if I went to Mexico City in Mexico or downtown Chicago for the first time by myself I would be very scared!. I think it is very dangerous there. Lot's of guns? I would be frightened 🥴

It’s amazing!
Understandable you are scared because you are white in an all black nation. Baby steps lol should have tried South Africa first. But as you see no one is bothering you. So stop worrying.
❤❤❤❤
You inspire me!
America is safe to leave
Europe is not safe
Africa is safe than Europe and America

People in Tanzania are not meant very friendly but you people not like people especially foreigners this is big difference between with your countries.
What are wonder how our beach is not clean but readers are seen but doesn't care what ……..
Amazing video, you did very very well and i did enjoy watching this video!
Tangawizi is ginger..the seeds you didn’t know its name it’s baobab seeds..they are flavoured..and it’s superfood
lol in Africa we talk to random people and smile or just say hello. In Europe you lot are so suspicious of someone says hi. It’s actually weird like what are you afraid of ?
I think the government of these countries shouldn't allow certain people to vlog because they give a bad vibe to the area, if you can walk threw NYC and feel safe you should have the heart of a lion. Werido everywhere.
Tnx for the info love, will be visiting Dar Es Salaam in Februari followed by a few days in Mwanza.. I know some of Africa, been to Liberia a few times.. keep the travel going 🙂
Come to Pakistan Kaja, Its absolutely safe and way more fun
Idk her white ass being scared in Africa solo irked me.
Tanzania is abit safe but the problem is the mindset of people is still in the 1960's!!! They are ignorant and paranoid in someway to cameras and advancement!! If your energetic adventurous person you will easily get bored they lack many recreation facilities and fun getaways! But Kenya and Uganda and south Africa are well advanced
I appreciate that you were being so open about your fear. I also travel a lot by myself, and sometimes I am also scared in a completely new environment with an unfamiliar culture and language — it's harder to guess if people around have good intentions or not. Thanks for sharing your journey with us!
We are scared, but we do it anyway so😂❤. 22 countries for me. Aloha from Hawaii. Leah Tunkara
