  1. You can also make this without using potash.

    You'll stir fry the ingredients in palm oil instead… Put it down from the stove and mix the Abacha into it.

    My mum always makes it this way and trust me it tastes amazing ❤

    Ingredients

    Oats porridge ( 4 servings at < NGN 2000 ):
    1. Oats
    2. Milk
    2. Bananas
    3. Chia seeds
    4. Cinnamon
    5. Honey
    6. Vanilla essence
    7. Cashew nuts (or any nuts of your choice)

    Vegetable omelette with wholegrain bread ( 4 servings at < NGN1000 ):
    1. Eggs
    2. Green leafy vegetables
    3. Tomatoes
    4. Pepper
    5. Curry powder
    6. Thyme
    7. Seasoning cubs
    8. Thyme
    9. Vegetable oil
    10. Salt

    Jollof with mixed vegetable sauce ( 3 servings at NGN 1000 ):
    1. Leafy greens (sinach /efo tete & pumpkin leaves/ugu)
    2. Tomatoes
    3. Onions
    4. Pepper
    5. Garlic
    6. Seasoning
    7. Palm oil
    8. Vegetable oil
    9. Salt

    Sweet Potato Porridge ( 6 servings at NGN2500 ):
    1. Sweet potatoes
    2. Green vegetables (spinach/efo tete)
    3. Dry fish and chicken
