Your pronunciation of foreign names is really quite horrible…

You aren't pretentious which is such an approachable, warm quality while we view luxury travel. "Well beyond my price range" and "the meat was tough" you're still living a realistic lifestyle. Thank you for this perspective.

Can I ask how you 2 can afford this. You're very lucky to have a beautiful partner to go on these amazing adventures with

Actually, the historic starting point was Calais, by-passing Paris on the eastern side and avoiding the ordeal of travelling across the city to change stations. I travelled to Athens in 1978 without changing train – three days. Quite an adventure and great fun.

You make authentic, believable, relatable, and non-fussy content that makes us feel like we are with you. This is some of your best work, and what an unbelievable trip! Happy travels.

For me, it’s so shortly video for this trip , only 35 min. It has to be during 3hr , not less, to watch at night from my bed like with your company. Good job!!! The best!!!

I love this train. Please also try the famous Maharajas Express train from our country India. There, the deluxe rooms also have double beds with full bathroom with shower and thatvtoo within the same range. And the Indian food is awesome.

Can you make an effort…. some people from some countries really have intellectual laziness.. Make an effort for prononciation, will you ! .." L' EETWOL' du NOR" get it ?

I am amazed that a full refund was given. Can that be true that if everyone was refunded the full cost of the tickets, the Company must have made a gigantic loss? For a small company surely that would have bankrupted them.

🇺🇲 $51,404 is that round trip for a single person?

Did you drink any water on your trip? All I see is soda, coffee and alcohol. No showers and no water drinking equals NASTY!

The complete experience comes across as a total rip-off. Tacky as hell. I wouldn't touch it for all the tea in China.
Landslides; a/c on the blink; obligatory excursions down the corridor to pee in the night; the best dining-car all booked up; limited choices on the menu; wrinkled staff uniforms; beef served up tough – all for the price of several weeks staying at any Ritz Hotel. How appealing is that??!!

I' enjoyed watching your time on The Orient Express, thank you! Could I suggest though that you find some other adjectives to describe food? "Tasty" is meaningless, an oxymoron and a tautology, one obviously tastes when eating! Apart from one "Delicious" you used this word throughout what was otherwise excellently informative!

i remember once seeing this train live on the station where i lived. And i thought „if i d only could take this train….. maybe one day..😬“

@Alok-fg8dd

Got to say as amazing and historic as the Orient Express is, when you're paying so much money, the fact that you can't have a shower each evening to properly freshen up ahead of those fabulous dining experiences is somewhat off-putting (especially in the summer) not to mention whiffy!!

I really wish the border crossings were as easy in North America. On the main cross border train the Maple Leaf (New York-Toronto), you have to exit the train, go into a building, get bags checked, and even require printed tickets.
