Do they know of areas (beach front) that are particularly exclusive… gated, price ranging 500k and above? I am interested.

Thank you.

Really, you mean there was no infrastructure at ghana beaches till you came, really serious ,many ghana beaches have better infrastructures thann this .whats teally Luxous about your development, apart from glass ,,how come remote areas are priced very expensive as much as the city. Too much exploitation and building just a foot from the ocean is not wise at all . Tired of people using American Standard of pricing development in an undeveloped country like ghana .

Amazing. Still, I can't grow food or have borehole. Not to mention, that atmosphere will destroy everything metal. Fast. That ocean salt will eat everything in its path. But still, our Folks me included, love that ocean front property… 😅

This is the best I've seen thus far!!! I resonate with the spiritual philosophy of 11/11 and 444 residences. The vibrations and frequencies are strong here!!! I will definitely be following up with these developers and companies!!! 🙏🏾☀️💛🌻🧘🏿‍♀️🪶
