My mom feeds me this recipe thrice a week, which made my body rock solid.
unfortunately, these are hard to find in the other side of the world.
Saraswat brahmins make ragi manni sweet dish. Soak ragi (whole ragi) overnight. Next day grind in mixer n filter it to get the ragi milk.
Mix ragi milk + jaggery + coconut milk n heat on medium to low flame with continuous stirring till it starts to condense.
Remove from fire, let it cool little bit n then pour into moulds.
U can add cardamom too for flavour.
Njoy ragi manni which is very nutritious n gives cooling effect.
