Ghana is still behind in affordable housing, I would like to partner with a company that’s interested in affordable housing, I mean affordable for the ordinary Ghanaian, I’m looking for as affordable as $10,000-15,000, from studios to a 1-2 bedrooms.
Very nice❤
Not to talk of the money some government officials are hoarding in their houses, the interest rate hiking, the uncontrollable inflation, the government has moved from snoring to deep sleep when it comes to the infrastructure and basic needs.
Just as the government wants Africans in the diaspora to invest in the country The government needs to invest in Ghana and build infrastructure you can't expect Africans in the diaspora in developed continents and countries to move to a developing country where the basic needs are not there such as roads infrastructure continuous electricity water and internet. It is not Africans in the diaspors responsibility to build a country that's lacking basic necessities in a modern world That's the government's responsibility to make those basic needs available to attract those that live in a first world country. Stop selling this BS about year of the return and return to the motherland when the basic things are not there!
