Great video, but it would be very helpful to provide the cooking temperature when covered…saying “medium” or “very” hot is meaningless😅. Giving an estimate of total cooking time would be 👌🏿

Sorry chef love you but not this. If you roasting roast if your boiling boil. Your meat was nt ready because you kept opening the lid plus season it early for more softness.

unfortunately you will hear a mzungu from the western world has patented nyama choma forbidding anyone else from producing it. Similar thing happened with the ethiopian dish "injera" in Sweden.
