Not sure if you have received my 1st comment. Check out Grey Institute they are top American functional fitness coaches. I did a course in London who was coached by one of their pupils who paid £50k for a 6 months course. The one who trained a group of us in the fitness industry etc also trains fitness pros at the highest end of pro football, boxing & athletics as well as chiropractics. They have so many alternative methods of improving mobility etc. It looks your both enjoying you new life in Miami, so continue happiness.
Never ever give your card details to anyone, may as well give them access to your bank account. Everything is done electronically now, no one should ever need your card details.

I've got 2 doctors in the family and have had loads of doctors as friends over the years. Although they would be great to have with you in a medical emergency, they don't like giving medical advice outside of a clinical setting. Once, when a doctor friend gave me advice, and I mentioned it to my doctor, my doctor was angry, even though the advice was correct. It seems to be a taboo thing among doctors—giving advice to someone who isn't your patient.
