A beautiful home but as with all real estate, the main factor is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Asking yourself if you will be near local amenities that make you happy.

I love that the African houses are large, but WHY must they all have bars on the windows? Won’t a security system and/or a dog suffice. Africans are NOT criminals. If the bars are absolutely necessary, let the bars be contractible into the wall when the owner is home.

The blue print of the house makes no sense, living room access to master bedroom. Bathrooms are just a big Joke.
