  1. Tipsy Thyme. Buddy what i love about you is that u are calm collected and to the point. No fancy kak. Just plain good mouth watering food . Ive been a vaarly for 30 plus years and a cape laaitie for 12 with another 12 yrs now in Aus. Frequented Natal on holidays etc . If you dont live where the tasty food is born and bred then u dont get to experience it like you larnies do. Im fortunate to have an Indian friend right here in Aus who is from the KZN so at least ive been taught to eat the delish meals you guys make. Cheers for the great way you present yourself and the food that u make involving ur fam and friends. Good man.

  2. This is not how you make Peri peri prawns
They will be overcooked doing them in the oven both the chicken and the prawns are better on the Char Grill
The prawns will be overcooked like this
this is just a second rate way of cooking things for convenience

  3. Be careful, people. Any lemon or orange rind is full of pesticides and antifungals and is highly toxic. In fact, in Germany they even warn you on the labels that it's poisonous. Most of the oranges and lemons in Europe are from South Africa and all are laced with pesticides.
