When you said you couldn’t eat after cooking so much,I just smiled because I can relate 100%. As a chef it’s always like that so it’s advisable once you know you’re cooking bulk just eat something before you start cooking.

You are a natural in front of a camera and I hope you realise that God has really blessed you with a talent that many would die for. I'd say you have a great a future behind the camera and don't ever understimate yourself. God bless.
Here is a cooking hack idea….Make a stew/sauce base in bulk and put in small containers(meal portion size) and put in them in the freezer. Just take them out for use after frying,cooking whatever protein you have and add to make a dish. You can always add fresh veggies (Bell peppers,carrots etc) after. This method will halve your cooking time
