  1. Chile i was about to be lazy and not brush my teeth tonight. Let me get up before missing one day end up being days😂. I would have undone all that cleaning the dentist did 2 weeks ago lol

  2. Dr. Nina, I just found your channel. I’m now a subscriber now with the bell! ❤’d this video! Great reminders on how to take care of yourselves. A few more tips…use your nice things daily. Today is a great day to use our nice handbags, dishes, whatever. Also, spend time with people that fill your cup. I do a once monthly lunch with one girl friend. I do a once monthly dinner with another group of girlfriends. Also work on getting your finances right. One of the best ways to keep stress at a minimum!

  3. My secret is sea buckthorn. I make my own health and beauty products. My own moisturizers and soaps. Hair products as well. Our skin is our biggest organ. I don’t put products on it I can’t eat. It doesn’t help me, but irritates me. Eat a hand full of assorted berries each day. Consume sea moss.

  4. Here's my "aging fabulously" regimen:
    1. Dental care: every 6 months cleaning and annual visits.
    2. Full annual medical physical – ANNUAL!!
    3. Exercise 4-5 days/week- HIIT, STRENGTH TRAINING, CARDIO, YOGA AND MARTIAL ARTS.
    4. Skin care: Sunscreen, Aloe Vera, Avocado Oil, Olive Oil, milk, and lavender and witch hazel as a toner.
    5. Minimal makeup – little coverage, never full face.
    6. Hair- Moisturize and seal nightly, Protein treatment once/month, Deep conditioner- twice per month, Relax: every 4 months or later, flatiron: 2-3 timtes per year.
    6. No milk, meat, white sugar, white potatoes, fried food, white pasta, processed foods and anything that causes an increase in A1C and blood pressure!.
    7. NO TOXIC MEN!!!!!!

  5. I am 38 and I never really took care of my face nor had a face routine nor less sph🙂‍↕️ and trust me it was showing !! BUT 2 months ago I started incorporating sph. Daily. And some L’Oréal 45 plus moisturizer.

But I definitely think it was my diet that change that made a difference! Not only do I keep hydrated like crazy my eating is. Clean !

Protein /healthy fats and not so sugary fruits
    Low to no carbs

And GIRLLLLLL my face has change my wrinkles have disminuían close to vanish but my skin itself looks glowy and YOUNG❤

  6. Thank you for saying getting your blood checked at least twice a year. So many people believe they don't need to visit the doctor because they're not "sickly". Don't wait until something is wrong to visit the doctor. Prevention is best or catching something early is better.

  7. Hey Dr. Nina,
I noticed that you've been ignoring my video suggestions. I'm still waiting on a video of you explaining how you snack healthy. This is my last time asking you. Thanks.

  8. Hi Dr Nina! 👋- Thanks for your wonderful and practical advice. (…and that dentist reminder 😅) I apply sunscreen as soon as I finish brushing my teeth in the morning. I don’t wear face makeup/foundation, I don’t feel I need it: just lipstick, mascara & brow pencil. THANKS! ❤❤❤

  9. Thank you!😊
What do you use to slick your hair back? I just want to find a gel that does not have DMDM hydantoin.

I can appreciate my age now that I am 50+ thank God Almighty!🙏🏿

  10. The dentist twice a year is a must. I thank God, I started this in my early twenties because teeth don't grow back and people don't realize that once you lose your teeth, they are gone forever. Prevention is key 🔑

  11. Noooow where can we find those like circle pads..😂 i started using Cetaphil face wash and cerva tinted moisturizer. What is the best way to get the "tint " of my face lol 🤣??

  12. As a Patient Financial Advocate at a leading hospital, I recommend patient in NE Ohio seek without dental coverage go to Case Dental School. They are part of Case Western Reserve University. Excellent care under the tutelage of some of the leading dentists in the area.
