Hey Everyone! If you find the SPEED of this lesson too FAST, YouTube allows you to change the PLAYBACK SPEED, you can reduce that to 0.5x or 0.75x. This might make it a bit easier to follow.
Thanks
Thank you so much 💓
Love the channel.
I’m Ghanaian but my parents never taught me the language and I want to learn it so badly
Pls can you go deep English
I just found I come from the AKAN the Bono people. Wow…

Wow! What an interesting language! Regards from Mexico .
Hi. What would Miss Gh ba yaw mean?
I'm actually also an African American(half white/half black) and I just did 23& me and I"m trying to piece things together for myself right now. I was told the main part of my blackness is from Ghana, Liberia and Serria Leone so here I am! Happy to be here! 🙂
I think the basic to learning akan or twi is to learn first the alphabetical phonetics.. Once you can grasp that you can pronounce most twi words.. Secondly there are some alphabets that are sort of missing out compared to the English alphabets… Those alphabets have their phonetics in akan.. Eg there's no letter Q so the phonetic for Q is KW in akan.. There's HY, KW, WH,GY and KY.. Know the basics you are good to go. 😁
Hi lovely video. I needed to learn the difference between maakye, maaha and maajo. I was very insecure about the right word to use whenever I went to Ghana😂 Btw I thought ‘’Wo te twi’’ means Do you understand twi? instead of do you speak twi. ‘’Wo ‘ca’ twi’’ . Don’t know if I spelt it correct. But I understand that it has the same meaning all in all.
You did great
Medase. It's so simple to learn it like that. So interestin. Medase à lot once again. Please, keep uploadin more vids about the greetin words etc.
You talk to fast and unclear!!!
Great job. God bless you dear. Please we don’t have the letter “j” in the twi alphabet. Usually we use “dw” for “j”. Example Kwadwo, if you write it like Kojo is like English. Excellent job dear.
it is to fast
