  1. Absolutely, my friend! Your words on intentionality and discipline resonate deeply. It's all about making a conscious choice and sticking to it with determination. Sisi's culinary creations are a testament to the power of intention – from crafting delightful recipes to inspiring a community of viewers.

Just as intentionality and discipline shape our endeavors, they play a pivotal role in our dietary choices. The decision to embrace a keto lifestyle is a deliberate and mindful one. It's about choosing foods that nourish not only the body but also the soul. The journey towards health is, indeed, a path paved with intention and disciplined choices.

In the grand tapestry of life, where we actively shape our destinies, adopting a keto lifestyle becomes a beacon of well-being. May the intentional choices we make in our diets and beyond lead us to a healthier, happier existence. Here's to embracing the power of intention in every aspect of our lives!

As a mantra for keto and beyond: "In the dance of choices, let intention be your guiding star, and discipline, your steady rhythm. Blessings on your intentional journey to wellness!" 🌟💪🥦

  2. Adding to what was said: If you are already big with a belly, there is a great chance you are insulin resistance. High levels of insulin can lead to weight gain. Insulin promotes the storage of fat in adipose tissues and inhibits the breakdown of fat.

Prolonged high insulin levels can lead to insulin resistance, a condition where cells in your muscles, fat, and liver don't respond well to insulin and can't easily take up glucose from your blood. As a result, your pancreas makes more insulin to help glucose enter your cells.Insulin plays a role in metabolism. High insulin levels can change the way the body metabolizes carbohydrates and fats, potentially slowing down the basic metabolic rate.

The first thing to do to to reverse Insulin resistance is eating a healthy low carbohydrate diet and intermittent fasting (keto) but if you are already diabetic or have anyother medical conditions, have a chat with your doctor. What this diet and fasting parttern will do for you in that it will regulate insulin release and how many times insulin gets released.

  3. You BMR is the amount of calories you need four your bodily functions and to survive. Eating less than your BMR is not advisable at all. You should eat less than your Total Daily Energy Expenditure(TDEE) instead.

Can you please do the same for gaining weight. If you can just help by sending me steps, it would be helpful so you don't have to make an entire video of how to gain weight.
