  2. I have skinny legs and today I have got justice from Barbra. I now feel like I have beautiful legs, banange. My boyfriend always compliments me about them but deep down I thought he was just making fun of me…..thank you Ladies ❤❤

  3. Squeezing the nose and also using the baby's urine to sharp and direct the hair for a nice sharp works… I got to know the nose thing later after the babies grew.
I also hear waist beards for baby girls also increase the bums and sharp the waist line, is it true😃?

  4. Here's a comeback nugget for pple who negatively comment on other pples' bodies; calmly & rhetorically ask the offender, "who gave u permission/the authority to comment on ma body?"
This little comeback makes the offender recoil in embarrassment & shuts down that convo quickly…they will NEVER try it with u again ever.

  5. After living in the US and moving back to Uganda, I still feel that Ugandans are still not badly affected with the description fat as the Americans…. but it's getting there

  6. We love bump love.My comment is;The negative comments people make on other people's bodies affect them alot if they are not mentally strong. So they end up altering their bodies…People should be more sensitive towards others because like Barbra said, people already know whats going on with their bodies.

  7. Thank you so much ladies. From Barbrah i have learnt that we have to give time to our bodies to heal after birth. Frim Manuela, i have learnt that we should listen to our bodies . From Bev,i learnt that yes, have that that stands out for u. Like mine is working on my face , the eye brows, and make up generally. U bless me bump love. God bless u alot!

  8. Hi5 Manuela!

It is written, Number 13:33 We even saw giants there, the descendants of Anak. Next to them we felt like grasshoppers, and that's what they thought, too. (Of Us)

How you perceive yourself ishow the rest of the human folk will too .

  9. Brilliant info❤️….. but also to add to Manuellaz point our bodies are driven by fluctuations in our hormones ie. Progesterone and oestrogen…. These 3months make our lives go round
Study about them, diets will not stress u anymore
