The plain flour is now made sticky and it gives sickness when we eat it a lot. But when it is fried, it helps the body to expulse it. The best way to eat that plain flour is to add wheat flour in it when making the dough.

Pour les francophones, voici les ingredients: 6:1 farine:sucre (c'est à dire par exemple si vous utilise 600g farine, on doit ajouter 100g sucre, ou 300g farine avec 50g sucre), sal, levure, levure chimique et bicarb. de soude, du beurre ou huile, et noix de muscade (ou autre aroma de choix). J'èspere ça vous-aidez et excuse mon francais svp!
