  1. This is a sign of corrupt police! If he had seen exhibit in the car, he would have used it to fuck the driver up. But there is no trace of any illegal stuff, the policeman now goes on attack of why videoing him without his permission as if the law didn't permit the driver is own fundamental right. Make dem dey play as if corruption is not written on the stop n search😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

  2. The driver does not need the police concernt to record him, in most advertising country the police has bodycams to record himself conducting search which is very important because there have been cases who the police planted exhibit in victims car to indite them.

  3. Orga, please if you don't know Ghana law then don't talk what you are talking. According Ghana laws, before you record someone you need to seek is or her concern first before you record and if you do that without the person's permission is illegal and an offence liable for prosecution

  4. You cannot record a police officer whilst he's doing a legitimate search without his consent, however if the police man is conducting an unlawful or demanding something illegal from you ,then you can record him secretly to back up your complaint.

  5. The policeman is performing public service & accountable to the public. Hence, any extra scrutiny shouldn't raise alarm bells. However, showing his face is something else. He could probably record without showing his face to get around personal privacy issues, but at the end of the search, take his name & service number, which he is obliged by law to give you.

  6. This video needs to be taken down because it seems you have nothing appropriate saying. Shame on you for wasting your time to produce such a baseless video. I guess there are no laws in Nigeria, that's why the police will misbehave. Would you want someone to invade your privacy
