  1. I experienced it in Jackson Square Square. A presence came up to me and stood next to me. i could feel them they were dressed in all black and when I turned toward them, there was no one there. No footsteps , no sounds of someone walking away. It’s like they floated away by taking to the air. It was weird.

  2. I been to Jackson Square… as a European/middle eastern mix I can say I didn't feel spirits the whole town has a weird vibe but it's also extremely impoverished in NOLA … I do believe this is the o trick of witchcraft. You have to believe for it to work and you have to be convincing to have other believe it.

  3. My thing is THEY always portray our spirituality as NEGATIVE or EVIL. Those spirits would be seeking revenge if the slaves/people died naturally.

  4. I am not afraid of no spirits however if you are a spirit and afraid of spirits maybe you should work on your spirit.

Spirits can sense good and evil spirits. If you are protected by your ancestors , your ancestors will make sure no spirit will harm your spirit.

Good and evil spirits are all around us.

  5. Those are not ancestors. Those are demonic spirits. When you have certain objects used for contacting or appeasing spirits, they will attach themselves to the objects or area.

  6. Im from New Orleans and I keep telling people that the paint on the wall in the French Quarters in the blood of our ancestors. That's why I don't go into the Quarters. My city is cursed from the sports to the court house. That's why I always pray and ask the ancestors to protect us. Peace family!!!

  7. When I went to Tulsa this last summer I made it a priority to visit the Greenwood district also known as Black Wall St. At the corner of N Greenwood and Archer Ave there’s a mural of the lives that were lost during the Black Wall St bombing. I parked my vehicle across from it and sat there. It seemed like the city itself didn’t even exist and the world had stopped moving and keep in mind I’m in the middle of the city during peak hours. Cars passing me and people walking but the vibe seemed so calm. With my mind blank looking at the mural I felt a sudden heavy feeling in my chest and my eyes began to fill as if I was about to cry. I wish I could of connected longer with my ancestors but I had to go. It was so surreal to feel them communicate with me

  8. I went to Jackson square and felt heavy energy. Then I went to the Voodoo lady house/museum a few yards away. By the time I got to the Voodoo lady house in French Quarter…I had to sit down. I was so dizzy. The energy overwhelmed me. The whole city has a different energy than NYC, or Miami, Vegas…even during Mardi Gras.

  9. It is.

The U.S. south as a whole is filled with enraged spirits of Black men who died in the worst ways possible and who have never been buried properly or with any respect.

But their anger isn't frightening, it's rage, a righteous rage, which is why I feel the new age spirituality of "let's all just love everybody everywhere" i.e. "kumabya-ism" is absolutely silly, the spirits won't tell you there's no such thing as righteous rage or righteous hate, quite the opposite.

  10. There’s a lot of haunted places in Louisiana. I used to live in a rural town called Gibson, LA. Sometimes at night near the sugar cane fields I could see and hear people talking, singing, and working. They were the spirits of the slaves who used to work in the fields.

  11. I’ve witnessed certain incidents and I’ve been in places where I’ve felt very uneasy/uncomfortable and when I grew up and told my great-grandmother about the 2 houses that always made me feel that way she told me an incident that happened in each house about things that happened to her and her sisters and I never knew about it until I got grown and told her about my feelings as a child in those 2 houses

  12. My grandfather ran up on some soldiers that vanished into thin air as he got closer to them . He said they were still waiting for something it seems… The Civil War goes much deeper than People dare to think. And two women appeared to another relative who rented a 100 years old kitchen house converted into an apartment. They were wearing head coverings of blacklace that framed vey pale and frail faces, they were surrounded by fire that were only reaching them …..they reached out to be pulled out …now you know how we are suckers for wanting to help quickly without asking questions…well the relative said she knew if she tried to save thrm she would have been pulled into their fiery existence. We don't know everything but one thing is certain . The Most High exists and life has mysteries we want know unless it is shown to us because we acknowledge THE HIGHEST POWER.
