all of you talking about the price do you all know the price of lands around east legon do you know what it takes to put up building around east legon you are all mad and stupid if you are not ready to buy some one is ready and this houses are not for poor people like all of you nonsense , come and buy land at east legon even the documents to build alone will kill you stupid people .. to get permits alone its not east its for the one percent if you dont have money go to kasoa and buy .
There is no sense in how we build anymore. Building without green lawn to soak the rain. In few years, all these areas will start blaming government for flooding.

The prices u guys mention in Ghana, are simply outrageously expensive. Do u know what $450k will get u in the USA, Australia, England, or Canada?
Not quite sure how to start 450k for this is the price should be 225K I have never seen this much lightning in a property of this size no wonder Ghana has an electricity problem.. There is no swimming pool and very little garden.What can you see from the balcony other houses nothing else. The name of the company is Dynamic Homes but there is very little that warrants the name.😊

This house is not worth $450,000. This is a joke… Ghanaians are getting greedy. The most I will say this house is worth is $250,000. The Ghana economy is not a good one, and inflation is very high as well as its debts. This house is not worth $450000 .
The thing about the price is, when they have lights off we are all going to sleep in the dark. lol. You can have a generator but it still not worth it.

There are so many beautiful tiles they could be using, but almost 80% of the builders use the same tiles. This is so strange
