Why not use a blender to remove the skin? You got too much time and energy to be pounding
A very easy way I use to wash beans is to have broken by the industrial grinders, the beans wld be dry and u can store in air tight containers. When u want to use it just wash. It really fast.

This looks so 😋…I usually use meat I grind my self…stir fry and season it then pour into my moimoi mix. I'm trying to avoid canned foods🙂.
