  1. Your videos are the best tribute that someone can gave us.
In fact portuguese food is among the best food in the world, and you make much more publicity to it than any portuguese official entity.
The only negative thing that I have to tell you is that the so desired Cozido à Portuguesa that you are eating in this video is the worse and most shameful Cozido I saw in my life.
Cozido à Portuguesa is a special dish that is manly composed of pork meat, and pork Sausages. Lisbon is great to eat fish, but for eat cozido or any other pork or veal you must go to the North East (Trás-os-Montes region) of this country. Then, if you were well advised you can taste the REAL COZIDO PORTUGUESA, not this infame <THING> that they serve you. I'm so, so sorry for you. You have been deceived, and you deserve to be well treated, because this country is in debt to you.

  2. You have made me very hungry. We shall go to Lisbon next month and will go to some of your recommended places. So where did you have the Cocido Portuguesa? Chirinquito or Zanzibar?

  3. I am a proud Portuguese person and I would like to commend this channel on portraying what the real Portuguese cuisine looks like.
And you still managed to put the hipster places too.
    Great Job

  4. Portuguese cuisine is based on the torture and murder of innocent animals and the consequent destruction of the natural resources/environment. Next time you look at your plate remember that your selfish and hedonistic life style is not only damaging our world (which belongs to all of us) but the future of the following generations. I do not expect the old people born and raised here to understand this, but you young guys are well aware and informed about the planets current issues and yet proceed as if that was nothing. It is simply disgusting and heartbreaking to watch.

  5. The Cozido à Portuguesa is a "survival" dish so we don't see it very often in restaurants. It was widely used to combat hunger in the past because it was easy and delicious. Today it is common for the family to get together and eat stew.
