I thought the Nigerian method of soaking cassava in water for 4 days for it to ferment removes the cyanide (toxin) in the cassava.
The first time I taste the real fufu I fell out I never want to go back to the box nor the bag fufu ever again my husband brought me some form Nigeria 45 bags lol the best taste ever I need to make it myself thank you for posting I will try to make my own

I’m from the US but I lived in Ghana for a couple years and fell in love with fufu! Easily my favorite food with light soup and chicken! I even learned to pound and would help out pounding! I got pretty good!
