Much cleaner and more orderly than in 2001.

7:20 yeah an academy used to be there, I was part of it in 18-2019.

@behindthen0thing

Let's see all the base security, like the vehicle x ray, the pit that you drive over, the barriers, gaurd towers made out of connexes, etc.

@behindthen0thing

Yup

@Vhlik

Djibouti is a country under construction so all the negativity you guys are saying is ignorance so please educate yourself and stop making fun of poor countries like Djibouti 😉

Sorry 😐 but did I heard wives of incarcerated men? Well you got it wrong over there . Well Djibouti isn’t that extreme as you think . You need to chill !

@carlabee6925

I watched this because my husband is stationed at Camp Lemonnier and I wanted to see Djibouti City and get a feel for where he is. I don’t understand why you had to make such negative comments about this place, such as the sanitation workers being the wives of incarcerated men and you not being sure they even have addresses. They may have a different way of life but your tone of superiority is tiresome. You’re a guest in this country and there’s no need to look down your nose at it.
