  1. We must stop being willing participants. There was a time when entertainers had a thing called INTEGRITY. They would not stoop to RAUNCHINESS. Their musical genius and artistry was on display… not what we see now. I refuse to watch any of it.

  2. I remember back in the 90s Tavis Smiley had Vanilla ice on his show, and he asked Tavis*how come there's no WET?", and Tavis quickly replied"there are WET's out there, it's called, CBS, NBC, ABC and CNN", and after that Vanilla ice had nothing to say, but I knew as soon as BET was sold to Viacom, BET was going to go down hill, and from what I see, it got worse, because the old BET would've had more class

  3. It's Black People Who Keep It Going. They Didn't Support The Original Owner. That's Why It's So Bi. IT'S BLACK PEOPLE WHO WANT IT TO CONTINUE WITH ABLACK PRESENCE. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WIT DEMOCRATS OR REPUBLICANS

  4. I haven't had BET in 20+ years or more due to the selling and their issues. They took a show like Bev Smith's show and reduced her time and that did it for me. I do not support it and don't have cable anymore. I stream only. People need to recognize some of the crap Tubi puts out too

  5. Hasn't that always existed, just look around mostly every thing you see is white 90% of movies own all the biggest chains, they set themselves to win on all fronts, but know its crumblings they don't know how to take it

  6. Channels like that are nothing but EYE CANDY or a DRUG. when young black people don't have or get serious progress or make it in American society then a lot of young black people digress into or with drugs.. alcohol.. or oversexed entertainment TV but its not permanent its just a fix come on people just use in moderation like anything else you take.

  7. You are so right. This is why it has become so disgusting. This is deliberately done. You have some White people who get off on trying to make Black American people look trashy. The sad thing is. We have Black people who fall in that trap. These Democrats (leftist ) group have really gone our over the years to low rate, and use Black American women in a negative manner. Just think, they claim, it is the Black woman who overwhelmed lying support them. The Thank you these Black ( Afro-American ) women get is. To be depict as stupid, low-class, gutter trash. Black, Afro-American woman, you need to check your selfs. Do you understand? This is how the left wing see us. Why do you think, VP Harris come to us in the manner , she does? That woman lowded us as Afro-American citizens. In the past. Harris have shown Afro-American citizens time, and time again how she really feel about us. Especially our Black men. Afro-American citizens, especially you woman. You had better get your act together, and start behaving as such. Open your eyes! These so call liberal left wing are using you for their own amusement. That's the bottom line!

  8. The ones that find this crap entertainment are fools!allowing others to dictate to them but perhaps they are not standing for something guess they're falling for anything!!May Mother Goddess continue to wake up those. Who's eyes are open!!!

  9. BET has become a televised Strip Show. We need to show that our community is better than this. We need to show the true images of those in our community that ARE WORKING ( because all of us are not stealing, fighting or committing crimes). We are Educated, we are homeowners, we have businesses, we do wear suits and dresses, we have talents and skills that other cultures imitate (dance , singing, Fraternities/ Sororities, hair, dress, speech I could go on and on) however; some people will never meet us face to face to experience our intelligence and beauty , but will judge us (ALL OF US) on what is presented on TV.

  10. A black man owned it and sold it to the white man with no stipulations.
When that happens, you also sell the right to complain. Ownership means power to everyone else but black people. Ownership to black people is a way of flexing on each other for as long as we can before we cash out. Its never a long term goal.
