Steven I watched this from japan about 9 months ago..so how far have they gotten…I also need to get some information on what I need to do if i'm interested in buying one!
sounds scammy
Greatness ❤
Africa is growing 👏 ❤
Real estate is really moving on great in Ghana 🇬🇭
It's really sad to see Ghanians conducting this in English. We really have lost our identity. Look at the Chinese. The Chinese were on their knees in the 80S, they experienced famines, did you see them give up their language for English and try to act all English? NO they kept their language and their traditions and their identity. That's the difference. What a shame our official language is English and not twi or Ga. That says it all. Do you think the French would give up their national language to replace it as English as their official language? Would the Chinese? Would the Spanish? Would the Indians? NO, so why Ghana?
90% of the Cantonment has no sidewalks and no pavements and there’s open gutters. , this area just have fancy houses and nothing else , the poorest part off. Rwanda has u0 times better road infrastructure than the most expensive part of cantonment , Ghana have a very low standard of development that’s why they get excited in this location , just walk around this location while taking your eyes off those fancy building and only then you will realise this location is developed terrible
This is owned by foreign investors.
It’s not clear and worry some. I say NO thanks.
Ghana the good place to invest.
😮how much do these costs now in 2024?😮
Fractional ownership? it means that the sactul value of each property is between $250,000 and $350,000. Is that 18% guaranteed?
I check the prices are higher now.
Oh okay
@steeven Ndukwu is this a 100% ghanaian investment ??
How do we contact you
This is a debt trap, few people will venture into such crazy investment.
I’m impressed with the ladies knowledge and professionalism. I love seeing black woman in these positions.
So these are timeshares?
I realize that it’s a thing in Africa or Ghana to have the laundry in the kitchen right under the counter as if it’s a dishwasher. I personally is not a fan of that built but other than that the houses are really beautiful.
Wow…very nice!!
Beautiful job Ghana from your American sister. Soon to out do them all even the US. Me and my Jamaican hubby will be moving to Ghana early 2025. ❤
It will take approximately 80 years to get your full return back on this investment.
64.3 Square meters =692.1194 Square feet
Only suckers would fall for this elaborated scam. Whether one calls it fraction or Timeshare or whatever, in a simplistic term, it's a scam. There many ways to flip 42k to make money, but this bulls*hit ain't one. Sorry!
Absolutely NO WAY I'd invest in this. Definitely prefer to own my own property. This model is fraught with issues
Ghana's investment is bogus, and fraud, do not invest in Ghana due to Bribery and courruption. The Domestic Debt Exchange Program is a fraud.
Thanks for $42k
Just be careful about all these investments.
what an amazing video bro, keep it up
Bravo Ghana if our leaders allow these development pay doctors, nurses, teachers etc attractive salaries people will stop flocking overseas unless he wants too.
love it.. and the returns are quite good for the investment… returning 8300usd on 46k is like most generous…
May almighty God protect
Timeshare.
We are getting there, let’s goo 🥳🇬🇭❤️
This is basically a timeshare. The developers own it, but use your money to finance it.
Do you have the number of the agent?
Please do they accept mortgage?
